Why I teach

I teach because I have seen how inner practices can bring real support during periods of confusion, pressure, and change. What began as a personal search for clarity gradually became a path I wanted to share with others. Kundalini Yoga offers practical tools for working with energy, attention, breath, and awareness, and I want to make those tools available in a grounded and approachable way.

About

A grounded path to inner clarity

Nandi is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and the author of Closer to the Self. After completing a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in April, Nandi began offering a grounded path for people seeking more clarity, balance, and inner steadiness. The teaching brings together movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and deep rest in a way that feels practical, supportive, and accessible. Whether someone is beginning their journey or deepening an existing practice, the focus is on creating space to reconnect inwardly and live with greater awareness.

Philosophy & teaching style

My teaching is grounded, calm, and practical. I focus on creating a supportive space where students can explore Kundalini Yoga in an approachable way, whether they are new to the practice or returning to it more deeply. Classes may include movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and rest, with an emphasis on awareness, nervous system balance, and inner steadiness. I am less interested in performance and more interested in helping people build a real relationship with practice that can support everyday life.
